Biatain® Ag

Ionic silver is evenly distributed in the Biatain® Ag foam dressings. When in contact with wound exudate silver is released continuously. This ensures an effective control of the local infection, which is maintained during the entire wear time up to 7 days.

Biatain® Ibu

Biatain® Ibu foam dressings combine superior exudates management and continuous release of ibuprofen locally with no observed systemic effect. One dressing (10 x 10) contains 50 mg of ibuprofen which is continuously released for up to 7 days in proportion to the level of exudate.

SeaSorb® Soft Dressing and Filler

When SeaSorb Soft Dressing and Filler come into contact with wound exudate the calcium ions from the dressing are replaced by sodium ions present in the exudate. This ion exchange causes SeaSorb Soft Dressing and Filler to form a soft, cohesive gel which locks the exudate inside ensuring less risk of leakage or damage to the periulcer skin.
